An ideal location and stunning waterfront views make the Skyland neighborhood one of the most desirable neighborhoods surrounding historic Lake Tahoe. Since it was first developed in 1959, the neighborhood has expanded to 230 homes, 41 of which offer direct lake access.
There’s never a shortage of things to do in and around Skyland. Many residents love practicing their water sports along the nearby Zephyr Cove shoreline while others enjoy taking in a sunset walk along the sandy beach.
